I recieved the Sterling Silver Diamond CZ Pave Heart item# SM-RS992 ring from this company. The ring was very pretty at first then upon a closer look I noticed certain damages or flaws with it. The cut on the Heart CZ was off centered my husband first noticed that. The heart CZ was also missing half of it's prong at the hearts lower point. Then I noticed the same main band's smaller diamonds were missing prongs and not set correctly, sideways in fact would have fallen out with wear. The main band also had these cuts or gauges on the inside of the band. The other band appeard to have no flaws. I sent it back due to these damages or flaws with the main band. I recieved the refund for the ring but not the shipping as promised by the company for damaged items. So I called the customer service and questioned this explaining the damaged ring. The guy said that they looked at the ring and found nothing wrong with it. I told him I had other witnesses. He didn't care about that. He said that the prong I was talking about was supposed to look like that. Mind you it only covered to one side of the hearts point. The right side in fact. It was not centered at all. He told me if I didn't like it I could shop at another jeweler. He said that the ring was fine. So this all comes down to expect damaged cheaply made items from this company and if there is a problem it will be there word against yours. I never would have returned this ring if it wasn't damaged it cost me to ship it back to them. You won't get your shipping costs back so they lie about that policy which clearly states shipping will be refunded for damaged goods as well as lost or incorrect items. Don't believe them. I bet if an item is lost they would tell you too bad we shipped it. Sincerly; Got Gyped on shipping cost Buyer Beware.
