Stay away
Never trust anyone from owens and corning they took my money and wont give it back, and was told if contract didnt go through I would recieve it all back.now they say only a portion can be returned.Ssalesman guaranteed our monies back but now he up and quit, How conveinent, and they say we have to pay for his comission when in fact my fiance won a free home analysis from them crooked sonsofa you know what.I have been trying to reach them for over a He was on vacation for 30 days, I know where my money went.

Don't use
I have to say that if you want a nice finish, do not use this system. For what you get and the price, you pay, you can get a better finished product.
We had it installed 2 years ago for my grandchildren to enjoy it.
The biggest problem is that insects, rodents etc., can get through the spaces, especially if the workmanship was not good. Also, the material was poorly installed and the project manager was not easy to deal with.
Also, if you are chemically sensitive, I would not use it for a bedroom
Would advice not using this product.

Overpriced
Owens Corning business practice is to add the price of a give away, big screen TV, $1000.00 debit card to the purchase price of their basement system.
Which means it is not really a give away.
There salespeople are commissioned and authorized to discount up to %27 off list price.
I hope this information will help some customers to get a fair deal.
