Oxygen fitness does not have an association with the BBB. however this company still holds a C+ rating with the BBB for haveing 18 complaints filed against them. Omar and the rest of the management team are known for pressure selling contracts, and then threating memebers if they try to leave. for the last year this fitness center has pulled 30 bucks a month from my checking account. even after i wrote them a letter to cancel my memebership, they still pulled another payment and told me that they didnt recieve the letter in time to let me off without an extra payment. my nephew had a problem with this facility as well. he couldnt get them to stop pulling money from his account either. so much so, that he had to close his checking account. they called and threatend him multiple times a week with a lawsuit in order for my nephew to pay them. when my nephew told them that he didnt sign a contract... omar said that untill he mails a hand written letter in to them oficially canceling his memebership, that he still owes them the money. this place is a cheap and shady organization. do not ever walk into that place... drive the extra ten minutes down the road and go to a gym that has some accountability and BBB affiliation.
