Contacting the company for a refund and return of the now unwanted product as it clearly does not met with the discussed and agreed requirements and needs, THEY DON'T CARE. They almost ignore you "diss" you as if you are an idiot and make you feel like the criminal. I had to be escourted by the SAP to return the product to their offices, where all the staff refused to acknowledge receipt of the goods! They all fled and "dissapeared" behind closed doors! Professional behaviour? Not sure, what do you think? Now I am being threatened that if I don't pay the outstanding 50% of the total cost, they are going to hand me over to debt collectors ... do you want to buy products from this company? ... do you want to work with/for this company?
