My furnace stopped working and I called P Gagnon & Son. Referred by my mother, she stated call them they will take care of it. Call at 6:30am and the women I spoke to on the phone said you will be the first call when the technicians get in the office. Its now 10 am and I have not heard from anyone. I call the office again and they say sorry we won't service you unless your an existing client. Told her i was referred by my mom which has been with Gagnon more then 15 years. Best advice I can give anyone local, stay away from P Gagnon
