5 years ago we were quoted for a lighting and sound system by Pace Holdings of R340 000-00. I told Tony, we did not need it as an immediate part of the building process. Tony proceeded to advise that we needed to do the wiring at the very beginning of the building phase and he convinced us to pay almost R300 000.00 upfront as he would buy the system and keep it until it was necessary and this way we wouldn't be subject to any currency fluctuations etc...We then paid it. At one point my husband went in to Tony's office where he showed my husband our 'system'. We now need to install this system and we have only received the lighting portion but the sound system is now being withheld as they went and sold our 'system' to someone else and can now no longer replace it for what we paid for it and have advised they can only provide the lighting. We were promised an entire quote which we have in writing full of equipment that has now only been done half way. Their excuse is that the project has taken too long. They have not refunded us any of the sections they can not provide. Please be wary with any major upfront payments requested by this company and big promises.
