This is a 100+year old building run by slum lord extrodinare, the 1st time i rented I rented for 1 week at a cost of $190.00 +I left $70.00 extra towards the next weeks rent, my rent was Tuesday thru Tuesday, so when i found a better situation I informed the management in writing that i would be departing on wednesday afternoon and could I get a partial refund on the $70.00 well suddenly the single night rate was told to me to be $69.00 so no money. AND THEY ALSO no towels, no blanket no clean water no hot shower a stove that if you attempt to user it stinks and smokes so bad it sets all the smoke alarms off.roaches, rats, drug addicts, And two very entitled people run this hotel my room had NOTHING inside it except a stench that made it impossible to sleep, no heat no A/C no plates no silverware, and plenty of attitude from the desk, oh and no visitors.
