This is a scam company, they hide there monthly fee in the T&C at the very bottom of there sign up pages and when you fianlly get charges they hide behind it. call them up at 18004974988 or 8015789020, tell them you ar goin to go to your bank and dispute the charges, they will most likley give you your money back becasue it costs them money when a bank disputes a charge, if that does not work tell you you are goin to make a complaint with the attorney general of the state of utah, dispite what they tell you that is where the company is and where it is run from and to many complaints from the utah attorney general and they can get shut down so this also scares them, try these and most likely you will get as much money back as possible, if all of this fails tell them you want to speak with the drector of the billing department not a supervisor i just got off ther phonw with him and he was the one that gave me all my money back afetr i made all of these threats he was a very sarcastic man tryin to make me take the blame like i did somethin wrong, but anyway if the rep does not give you your money ask to speak with this man a rep told me his extention was 151 and his name was brad but who knows if this is true. well hope this helps any one it can with getting your money back jys remember tell them you will go to your bank and the attorney general of utah, and i would just call the attorney general of utah any way, enough cvomplaints an this place will get shut down so no one else gets takin advantage of...
