Waited 3 weeks, no delivery
Purchased item. Waited 3 weeks no delivery. Called and cancelled order. But received item a week later. Returned item and its been a month and a half with no refund. Would not purchase any items from them unless your willing to wait weeks for delivery although they charge your credit card right away. The day you place the order.

sent wrong product wouldn't return emails
I found their website by putting in the model of my laptop and the site popped up as having a replacement battery that I needed. It said that they were genuine Dell batteries. I input my laptop which was a Dell 1735 and it came up and said they had the battery. There was no picture. Free shipping and battery for $139.90. I purchased and got the battery. The battery did not fit. I tried calling and the number said they were transitioning. So I sent an email stating I had received the wrong battery, that I had confirmed that I had a Dell 1735, that I had ordered the part that THEY said would fit the Dell 1735. Received an email back saying "It is possible we sent you the wrong battery. What is your part number on your old battery. So I looked on a series of numbers of the back of the battery and finally figured out what number they were talking about. It didn't match. So I sent them an email saying that my battery was this and the number that they sent me was this and they weren't the same. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN! I sent them an email saying "Look, I want the correct battery or I want a refund and I need a label to send this incorrect battery back. Still nothing. So I filed a dispute on my charge card. Basically what happened was the Pacific Battery.com waited until their 30 Day return policy was up and then responded to the dispute. Discover said, "You should have returned the battery within the 30 days at your own expense" So I am screwedd on that $140. So I tell you this, any company that thinks so little of its customers as to not even send an email saying "you have to send it back at your own expense even though we misrepresented it and sent you the wrong one" is not a company you shoudl deal with. They have no respect for their customers if they won't even respond to an email. I don't care what their website says, they do not have a 30 Day Hassle Free return. Unless Hassle Free means the same as At your own expense even if it is our error.
