ebay seller pacificcoastoutlet * PCO * – SCAM?

shipping 11.90 USD (USA) 10 USD extra for USPS First Class Mail International paid (21.90 USD) as requested by Jason -shipping manager of PCO.

item value 27.38 USD plus 21.90 USD equals 49.28 USD
this amount I paid to Pacific Coast Outlet in two PayPal transactions.

Mark offered me then shipping to CO for 9.80 USD (for both items) and
promised to refund the difference in overpaid shipping charges. Well I did get a refund of 3 USD?
Like this I paid 46.28 USD to CO instead of 49.28 USD to
Switzerland – a very good deal!??

46.28 USD minus item value of 27.38 USD equals 18.90USD for domestic
shipping. This amount is not even close to the shipping charge offered
but even higher than if I had shipped both items separately within the
US!!

At first I really thought it would just be a mistake by Mark or Jason that is why I tried to email PCO directly without opening up an Ebay/PayPal case. I have purchased twice before from this seller and it worked out just fine so I trusted Mark's offer! My fault – it was a good lesson for me how to deal with US sellers..open up a case instead of ebay messages because now I lost too much time …Mark and Jason ..congratulations you let enough time pass by ignoring my mails that I cannot do anything anymore with PayPal or Ebay!!!

But when you try to solve a problem with PacificCoastOutlet there is
NO COMMUNICATION and your emails just get ignored. The seller also will
block you for future purchases….this will look like this at the end:

Well here nobody has the courage to sign the message..Mark, Jason, X ??

My recommendation stay away from this seller because if you ever have a problem there is no way PacificCoastOutlet will even look at your issue. Or if you like to buy do NOT trust any offers and open up immediately a case so you do NOT loose the buyer protection or the possibilty to have ebay.com / PayPal.com investigate your case.

I got scammed for a payment of 10 USD and this was obviously more important to PCO than have me buy in the future. This is the sellers own descretion.

This info is only posted that you know what you could face with this seller.

I would have preferred to communicate directly with PacificCoastOutlet
but this seller did not give me this chance and forced me to post it public
and maybe also prefers to reply public to the question: What did
Jason do with the 10 USD requested for International shipping if you
shipped the items to CO, 80123???
