Crappy product
Word to All,
I made the mistake of ordering VoIP service for my small business from Package 8. Please do not make the same mistake I made.
Their easy set-up and installation was nothing short of a nightmare. The installation instructions were vague and incorrect. It took 1 1/2 days to get the system operating at all. 1 week later, it still operable on a "sometimes" basis and tech support is rude and indifferent. We ran a diagnostic check on a Friday night and emailed it to them, per their instructions. We had to call back on Monday (after our service went down, again, (during our peak business) to inquire about the results.
Needless to say, the system is going back. I couldn't recommend this system to by chief competitor. Beware!
