I moved from Delhi to Chennai in April 2010. I booked through Agarwal Packers and Movers (P) Ltd for shifting my house hold articles from Delhi to Chennai. As per the advise of Company's representative, I had taken transit insurance also. On good reaching Chennai, we found several of the household articles like TV (Broken) Washing Machines (Damaged) Fridge damaged in transit. The crates were removed and boxes were delivered in open condition.

On delivery, the workers demanded we sign documents certifying receipt of good in good condition. We denied, bu since they did not relent, we signed the same under protest with remarks. There is no response to our calls made to Delhi and Chennai offices.The total bill was for~Rs. 40000/- including insurance.

As we had no other go and no one to represent the matter is still unsettled. I am of the opinion Agarwal Packers and Movers proved to be highly unprofessional, contrary to my expectations. Talking to senior people in Delhi & Chennai offices were of no use. They don't even pick up the phones.

Please be wary and cautious in making use of "
Agarwal Packers and Movers" or any of their associated concerns for re-location, though they claim to be the pioneers and leaders. They are least bothered about customer complaints or needs.

I decided to shift my belonging from my native to the city where are transfered due to work. I have hired the above mentioned packer and movers for transporting my house hold items.

They could deliver the consignments within promised time but few boxes were missing (Provision clothes and few utensils). When I reached the regional office or the packers & Movers they tried to locate the missing cartons and could finally locate them, in vain the cartons were in opened manner and goods worh INR 5000 were found missing.

when we asked the packers to compenset, these guys answers very reluctantly in a harsh manner.

Please DONOT trust this packers and mover. They operate from Chennai-Bangalore-Delhi-Noida-Kolkata-Mumbai-Pune-Ahemadabad
