The customer service sucks. Their terms and conditions (as stressed by the representative as a BIBLE that they follow) only mentions that we need to call atleast 30 days before renewal to cancel.
Now they say that I need to call within the 30 days only because they cannot cancel it if I call them 6 months in advance to cancel.
I have been with them for many years but am moving all my phones to other providers like Vonage and Ooma
