PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD!!!
I bought a package wherein they offered a good price, in July. There were intermittent problems with the connection but I let it go. Now, since 7 days I'm trying to get through to my folks in India and the call had been put through ONCE!!!
I ended up buying phone cards to make calls!
There's NO customer service AT ALL, forget good and bad. The phone keeps ringing and there's no one to receive a call. I learnt a lesson the hard way.

Those of you who are 'happy' with the service, either you have been incredibly lucky or just need to taste the flavour - wait a while and you will!

My advice, please don't fall into their trap. Whatever lucrative their rates might be, you may not end up using all your money at all!
