My daughter was approached on campus in 2006 she has some disabilities and is completely shy Sabrine jumped on this and talked her into this package. No contract was signed as she didn't have any money with her. I was told about this and called the person on the card to tell them she could not afford this and was disabled. I did request to see the contract which they faxed me. I feel totally stupid because today pacpromos called to tell me that my card expired (it did not) and needed a new number inorder to keep the membership. H did not know what the girl was talking about and handed me the phone and fun began. I found they had been charging my credit card 19.95 monthly since 8/2007. since this was under pacpromos I thought it was an internet gaming sight which she does game on a couple of sites so I never gave it a thought. I still do not know how they got my card number and they did start charging it a year later but somehow they did. My daughter never had my card. I have filed a complaint with my card and received a copy of the contract. The contract is not signed her last name is incorrect and the fax date at the top is may 2006 with a membership starting 6/11/2007. So if this has happened to you don't feel totally stupid I am really careful with my cards they were just better they I.I intend to pursue this to the end and do anything I can to get a full refund. I encourage anyone with a problem to contact the campus if that is where it happened since these people have no permission to solicite students on campus. good luck
