After a friends suggestion I placed an order with Nyx DarkSky at www.pagan-mart.com on April 21, 2010. I received an email stating her business was super busy and she was therefore waiting on an ink shipment. After several weeks and an inquiry email I received another update stating my order was being processed, I assumed she meant she was working on the printings as I had ordered two or maybe three of her packages.

Now .. I have to wonder if I was being strung along by Nyx to get past the 60 refund period Paypal offers. Sure enough as the time period came and went I received no packages, no more emails, no replies to my emails, and no replies to my phone calls which I did notice went straight to voice mail.

Recently I joined facebook where I came across Nyx DarkSky's FB page. I was sore about her bad business practices but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe April 2010 had been a bad time for her, I honestly don't know but I did not want to hold harsh feelings, so I friend-ed her. While it wasn't foremost I'm sure somewhere I was hoping that maybe she would do the right thing and fill a very over due order that she had received a payment of $34.67 (paypal transaction #2NX97716123597453).

I'm writing this now because recently Nyx DarkSky started a business page on FB for her site Pagan-Mart pagan-mart.com and I feel her many FB friends should know just how she handles her business.

On Wed Jan 26 2011, I sent a private message to Nyx stating stating I enjoyed her post but would appreciate if it she would clear up my order issue. I received no reply unless you count the fact that she removed me from her FB friends list.

Today is Sat Jan 29, 2011 and it is with a sad heart that I write this complaint about a fellow Pagan business owner. Be Warned, Nyx DarkSky at Pagan-Mart.com does not always follow through filling her orders. Nor does she refund the money paid to her for orders she does not bother filling. I do not know Nyx. I have never met her, my order was random as it was my first. If she did this to me she could do it to you as she's most likely done this to countless others who like me did not want to point a negative finger.
