Atrocious customer service
Service provider usually has a recorded
message remind customers that their
air time/minutes are about to expire and
to replenish their account. With the economy in the toilet, provider no longer reminds customers thereby keeping
air time/minutes, resulting in loss to
customers. In my case $78.00+ and air
time/minutes. I do not recommend them
to anyone looking for reliable service.

Do not pay your bill early!
We got two phones on page plus. Service on one phone the first month was very bad, full of static. Got phone repleaced, better. Second month, even though both phones were activated at the same time and bills should have been due on the same day, one phone was shut off, HUH?
Okay, got pins, reactivated disconnected phone. Third month, went into Cell express in white center, don't get me started on that one, anyway they activated the pins two days before bills were due. One phone, no problem. Second phone went over on data usage by THREE CENTS! So it went to a call by call and text by text even though my daughter hadn't been on the net after we paid the bill! When I called they acted like three cents was the whole bill and suggested I just pay it again.
SERIOUSLY??? If I had and extra forty bucks to pay the bill twice I wouldn't be using crappy page plus! So basically it cost me forty bucks for three days of phone usage! WOW!

Horrible customer service
I had an issue with porting my number over to page plus. I didn't have a working phone for two days which had been pre paid. I spoke to a supervisor to let him know the situation and he had the nerve to hang up on me while I was speaking. I could not believe it. Sometimes you're better off paying extra for good service. If you want horrible service, page plus is the way to go. You will hold forever if you call customer service only to be served by rude individuals who have no clue what they are doing.
