Sent an offer in the mail for a free PainVanish. accepted. kept and now they want 20.74 for something the was supposed to be free!?!?!?!?!

I received by mail a cream that I did not ordered, now they are threaten me to report to a collection agency my account as delinquent. They want me to pay $19.94 for a cream that not only I did not order, I have not used.

I sent in the card for a free sample; a few weeks went by I got the sample.Then later I got more of the stuff that I did not order and a bill for $19.94 and I dont understand why when I did not order it. I have had this problem before with other companies you pay the bill not even thinking about it and you get more stuff and another bill. My advice is dont send in any cards for free samples because this is what happens...

MY (94) YR OLD FATHER RECEIVED A SMALL TUBE OF PAIN CREAM IN THE MAIL AT HIS HOME IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON --ADDRESSED TO ME AND I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA. ENCLOSED WAS A BILL FOR $19.94 TO BE PAID TO A PAYMENT CENTER IN PHILADELPIA.

I DO NOT LIVE IN WASHINGTON, I AM THE CARE GIVER TO MY 94 YR FATHER. I DO NOT KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY GOT MY NAME AND WITH MY FATHER'S ADDRESS.

I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR ASSISTANCE WITH THIS MATTER, OR TELL ME WHAT STEPS TO TAKE FROM THIS POINT.

I received analgesic cream in the mail, which I never ordered. I could not reach a human to protest the bill. Although I mailed the product back, they turned me over to a collection agency called RMCB.
