Got this in the mail, ive never heard of the product or company
and did not order any thing from them, the bill is very miss leading as it says to remit the payment then they will sent the p[roduct, cute no?

$19.94 billing for something I did not order
recieved a small sample of their product. Gave it to my daughter to try. It gave absolutely no relief. In April I recieved their 4/7 shipment of a much larger tube of Painvanish which I did not order. Trashed this product long ago. Have recieved eight billing notices stating "negative consequences" to my credit status. Do not intend to pay $19.94 for something they sent without approval from me. Apparently I am not the only one on this after reading the Google scam notice !!!

unwanted product/collection agencies
About 9 months ago my husband received a "free" sample of PainVanish. Thirty days later we started receiving bills for the product. We basically ignored them, figuring they were just trying to see if we would pay for the product. We are now receiving bills from collection agencies. A free sample was frequested, no other product was ordered or received.

free sample, I cancelled within the time period for trial, then get billed for $19.94.

received bill
I sent for a free sample, which I received along with a bill for $19.94. What of this was free. This sample did nothing for my pain. I for one am not paying for a free sample thank you very much.

Fraud billing
This company offers you a "free"Welcome Pack and then turns around and sends you a past due notice for 19.94. What a RIP!

False charges
I got a sample offer FREE, Used it with no relief. Then I was sent a box that showed Free gift inside. It was a 2oz tube of the product that I didn't order yet they sent a past due bill for $19.94. I haven't used it and if they will send me $25.00 for my time and postage to return it, I will return it. These idiots evidently don't know that unordered anything need not be paid for nor returned. I'm 84 years old and didn't just fall off a turnip truck.

Billed $19.94 for FREE sample
I mailed in a card for FREE samples. Received the FREE samples on 06/23/08 and found it was a membership and $19.94 was due. I have sent the bill in their envelope with cancel membership across the invoice.

I didn't order this and call to stop it last month. Got more this month
I did not order this product and it keeps coming in the mail. I called last month to stop it and got more this month. I'm not paying for it and not sending it back.

Cancel future shipments
Please cancel future shipments. Not equal pain relief as found in other products. Smells better than most pain relieving creams.
