19.94 for a free sample
This company sent me a card to sent back with offer of a free sample of their pain medication. I also received from them a bill for 19.94. I didn't like their sample let alone pay for something i didn't order... I have wrote their company and hope they get the message that I will not be scammed by any company. I wonder how much money they are making off all the seniors who fell for this scam... I let them know I would contact the attorney general of Minnesota.

Billed for item never ordered
Approximately 6 weeks ago, I received a small package in the mail, which I thought to be "junk mail". It contained a "free" sample of Pain Vanish cream, which I did not order or have any use for. I tossed it and forgot all about it. I received a bill from this bogus company demanding $19.94 for "my order."
Will somebody please investigate these ripoff artists and let me know what happens. I would love to know that they are stopped before they bilk unsuspecting people out of their money.

Billed erroneously
I received a Bill on May 24, 2008 for $19.94 for something I neve. ordered or even heard of. The notice stated that I would receive recurring shipments until cancelled. I called the custome service number but received a automated message with no way to speak to a representative. I never ordered any product and have no intention of doing so. Lannie Davis

I received a bill for $19.94 today, i did not order or receive PainVanish
I received a bill today, 5-24-o8, for painVanish. I did not order it and I did not receive it. I am not familiar with it. I do not want to pay the $19.94. How do I get out of it? Their phone number is automated and does not go through to a person at anytime. I guess that I should call it again and press the number for not wanting to receive or get billed for any additional month, or whatever length of time.
Thank you.
Chris.

Scam charges
I asked for a free sample of the cream, which did me no good at all. I later received a shipment of the cream with an invoice. I returned the package, but a month later I was billed for it again.

Free offer became an invoiced item
Requested free sample from PainVanish and subsequently received an additional non-requested product and multiple regular invoices. Now I am being threatened by RMCB Collection Agency, 2269 S. Saw Mill River Road, Building 3, Elmsford, NY 10523.
