Did not order product
Was billed $19.94 for product that I did not order.

No order, no product!
I made the mistake in ordering something that suppose to have been free and it cost me $19.94. I paid the mistake and returned the next shipment back. I am still getting a bill for $19.94. I paid with Ck # 1519 on March 10, 2008. Since then, I canceled because I have never used the first batch of junk. Please advise smb because I am disturbed in getting a bill when I shouldn't.

Received free sample of pain Vanish in mail. Sometime later received a 2 oz tube (NOT ordered)with a bill for $19.94.

Ordered a free sample of PainVanish and received a bill for $1994 for the FREE sample.

Received a tube not ordered for $19.94
I responded to an add to try a "FREE" sample of a new pain reliever patch. I received the patch plus a tube of cream (which I did not order) called, " PainVanish" for which I was billed $19.94 including $14.99 S&H. Payment is due by May 07, 2008 leaving no time to determine whether or not the cream is effective or no.
I was assigned Account Number: #113931766-1#

I am being charged $19.99 for something I did not order. I am not going to send it back due to postal costs and gas cost going to the post office. please stop sending any more of your product and take my name off your mailing list...now.

Did not order product
I received a free sample of their product & then e-mailed them not to send any further products. I then received their product and an invoice to pay for something I did not order. I once again e-mailed them that I would return their product if they would send me the postage & gasoline money to travel to the post office. I will not return the product at my expense since I did not order it.

SOLUTION !!!
Yes, I received free sample with $19.94 bill. Called them refusing and they said first would send mail tag to return...I refused...they said to destroy all material and disregard. So I hope this reaches some involved.
