Scam and cheating!
Don't buy it - Literally. Company sends free sample then follows with larger tube then sends invoice for $19.95. Everyone who gets an invoice should complain and file with Better Business and Consumer Affairs and let the company know by sending them notification back in their own prepaid envelope.

I never ordered this stuff and they can just come and get it if they want it back.... let them make an appointment and fly to AZ for it

Scam and cheating!
I goofed up the address on my original complaint... I ordered a free sample and received it, a few days later I received a package and a 19.94 bill with a tube of cream I did not order. I do not believe for a minute the product is any good. I am so upset at myself I cannot think well.

Fraud and cheating!
Sent for a free sample. Did not order anything else. Then I get a tube of the painvanish with a bill for $19.94. I contacted them via e-mail and told them I would not pay it. I would not send it back. And if I received another bill I would report them.

Free sample led to billing!
Requested a free sample, which I received then weeks later they sent more of the stuff and a bill for $19.99.

Received tub of PainVanish and was never requested!
Ordered a free sample. Weeks later received a tub of Pain Vanish and a bill for $19.94. On statement it says "We'll even pay the return postage". I tried to call the 1-877 number to get a label so they can pay for postage but only a recording. Can't get customer service.

Recieved bill for something didn't order!
I see like other complaints, received a coupon for a free sample. Received in mail a box with a small tube of the product and a cooling pad, with a bill for $19.94. I did not order this.
