If you are planning on going to the Hard Rock, beware of their wedding planner that is located in the Miami office. She doesn't call you back and makes for a very stressful time. She made me miss a promotion of $700 airfare credit x 4=@2800. I am going to sue Palace Resorts. If you get Yesenia as your wedding planner, she is wonderful, but she only represents some of the Mexico locations.

I have been getting the run-around with this company since December 10th and have not yet been able to book my wedding.

I ahve been a Palace Premier (VIP) member for two years now. Every single time I try to book hotels i have another hasle and misinformation. When I try to discuss these problems with the reservation folks in florida, all I get is attitude and no help at all. If it is not on the script in front of them it doesn't exist. Go to the member services? Ha...they switch me to reservations.

The benefits of the VIP membership are rediculous and you learn something your not getting everytime you try to book. This year i tried to book 3 rooms for February 2011 (my wife and I and two other couples who are friends. We get the VIP room, they dont. What? I still cant find that in the small or very small print of the contract. I tried to book these rooms at the Adventura Spa Palace and was told I could not use our free week (Imperial) since this was an adult only resort and the weeks are for family hotels only. Hey we are older couples and our children are grown...family hotels vs. adult ones...come on!

Do Not Buy the VIP or Palace Premier membership. Its a waste of your hard earned money.
