My partner & I met Pete Palmer in Dec 2008 at an investor meeting off of Oakland Park Blvd and he was selling a 5 day "Learn While You Earn" retreat locally in Coral Springs doing lease options and 2 days going to the Brwoard courthouse to purchase homes via tax deeds. We purchased his so promising retreat set for March 5. From Jan to March we were calling and emailing to get particulars as we did not know exactly where this estate home was located that we all were going to be in & taken via limousine driving around. He would not answer our many messages nor any emails sent.When we saw him we told him we did not like his business tactics and asked for a refund. He apologized and asked to give him more time and that he would certainly inform us. Then 2 days before the event he emailed that the group was going to Brevard county to do the tax deeds and asked who would be going.

Of course we emailed him that we could not leave town & that was not the retreat that we purchased-ours was to be local to be close to home. He never answered that email either. Marilyn & I decided on the 3rd day to go where he was meeting to face to face ask once again for our refund. After mapquesting the address and not being familiar with this area we got lost & immediately statred calling Pete. He would not answer his phone.
When we arrived the group had left.

On another Thurs we recieved an email from Pete asking for yet another 10 days. Since this was the day of our investor meeting we did not answer his email & hoped to see him there. He was there and after talking to him & telling him how very upset & dissappointed in him we were & that we still wanted a refund this time, not like the others (where he said he would refund us) this time he said he would not be giving us a refund as we did not show up for the trip to Brevard & was late on the 3rd day. We told him that we emailed him why & also that on the 3rd day we were not coming to participate but rather to ask once again for a refund. He adamently said no. Since this took place we have heard of 18 more people he has done this too and we are in the process of filing a complaint against his company for fraud. I hope this helps anyone who comes in contact with Peter Palmer to not purchase anything he sells as he does not deliver.
