Hi i am writing regarding the free sale you had on the 18th.
i got free tickets for me and my partner which i was very happy until the web site went down and our details and everything got wiped.
i called up and was in the phone for 2hrs which the customer service man that answered said there was nothing he could do and that i would have to just try again, the man never said sorry he basically said bad luck, i said i wanted to speak to a supervisor and he said it would not matter as they would say the same thing, by this time i was mad and said i still wanted to speak to one, he said it would be a while, put me on hold for an hour then the phone just hung up. Now the customer service man never came back once and said that it should not be much longer he didnt even care that i had already been on the line for two hours, i am not happy at all and very disappointed with the poor customer service.
