I bought a Schnoodle puppy from Pams Little Angels a couple months ago and I received her 7 weeks ago. In this short amount of time, there's nothing but heartbreak. When I received the puppy, she was limping due to a broken nails that the breeder told me that it happened during the transit. She also blamed it on the sweater that she put on the puppy. Anyway, the problem has been resolved but I'm beginning to doubt that she is using the sweater to masked the injury as there are a series of unfortunate events that happened to my puppy 4 weeks ago. Before all these happened, I also wrote her a nice review on her website, but now I regretted I did.
First, after 3 weeks of having the puppy, she was diagnosed with tapeworms and my vet told me the life cycle of tapeworms to show takes about 3 weeks after a dog ingested the eggs. And now, she has bloody stools. When I tried to reached out for her, she became nasty and insinuated that I should take better care of my puppy and all puppies have worms. In the email that she sent me, she says all her puppies come with 2 sets of Shots, health cert, and a vet cert. But when I get her, I only received the state health cert which the airline requires and a paper that she typed out herself stating how many shots the puppy has gotten. It ONLY INDICATES 1 SET of SHOT and no vet cert. When I confronted her because my puppy has tapeworms and eliminates bloody stool, she told me that she administers the shots herself and there's nothing wrong with it. Of course there's nothing wrong with it if only my puppy isn't that sick. So, I feel that she never took the puppy to the vet for any check up before sending them off to buyers because she could not show me a vet record.
She is very helpful and nice until I have paid and receive the puppy. She says she will work with me when there's a problem with the puppy but that never happen. She'll beat around the bush and change her words and make you feel that you don't know how to take care of a puppy and it's all your fault if/when the puppy is sick. She also told me just because the puppy stool is bloody doesn't mean that she's sick and that's normal.
So, buyers beware when you purchase a puppy and do lots of research on the breeders because I don't want anyone to be in my position.
