I have been going to a chinese resteraunt in Nashua NH called Pan Asia. When I order food I always pick it up. Anytime I order food I add up the bill and I include the meals tax also. I ordered food from them about a month ago or so and they charged me aorund .15 more than what I added up. I went there tonight with my added amount in hand and when I asked him how much the bill was, again it was around .15 over. I informed him that I had this price and it was different compared to his. There were 2 employs near him that started snickering at him ( almost like he got caught in the act) he started to add it up and he seemed nervous, he actually made a mistake and added it up again and he said I was right. So he charged me what I said it was, this guy never really says to much to me, he said nice night huh? Then I informed him my bill was wrong last time I was here. Of course I am not talking a lot of money for me but this can add up especially when he does this to a lot of customers. I can't prove this but it sure seems like it to me. What can consumers do to protect them from this?
