Free Trial
We order the "free" trial of Purity 12 from Pana Labs for $5.00 shipping, then charged $75.00. We called 877-300-6125 - the first time it was a recording to go to a website, the 2nd time we called, we got a representive. Obviously these are the only calls they are getting because the representative knew why we were calling. It was a pretty quick response that we would get our money back after stating all the complaints we saw online. Keep trying!

Can't contact Customer Services
There is no workable way to verbally contact them. Web address does not bring up site. 411 could not provide a telephone number for company, address listed on package did not provide a telephone contact and I question the ability to return package and receive refund credit to credit card. They are endeavoring to avoid custormer cancellation and continuing to ship and charge their product.
I will have to request help from my credit card conpany. They should be prosecuted!

Stopping pills and charges
I asked for a trial and now they are deducting 84.95 every month and I am unable to contact them to cancel. I even was charged 84.95 and did not recieve the pills. How do I get them to stop!!!

acai-aslim
I ordered a free trial of acai-aslim. I began taken it but it didn't work with my stomach. I tried to cancel the membership but could not contact pana labs. In the bottle there is no number but a website www.panalabs.com which doesn't exist. I called my bank and blocked the card. If they can't access them then they can't access me either!!! what a scam!!!

False charges
I only sign up for a free trial and agreed to pay for shipping only. Company keep sending me product that I do not want and they do not have a phone number or any way to contact them to cancel the order. I have writen a letter and am waiting for a responce.

I signed up for a 4.99 30 day trial offer. They charged me full price, sent a second shipment, and charged me again. There is no contact info at all on their product. How do we stop the future charges??? And shipments?

THIS MISERABLE COMPANY HAS CHARGED MY ACCOUNT THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $139.74 BESIDES THE ORIGINAL $4.95 AND A SUBSEQUENT CHARGE OF $34.00 FOR 2 CANISTERS OF THEIR ULTRA GREEN TEA AND A BOTTLE OF 60 CAPSULES OF MORINGA LEAF POWDER (NOT ORDERED)...BUT INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL "FREE" OFFER.
THIS IS OUT AND OUT THIEVERY. I DID FILE AN UNATHORIZED ACH FORM WITH MY BANK TO PROTECT MYSELF FROM ANY FURTHER DEBITS.
