RETRAIT NON AUTORISE
Mon logiciel de sécurité arrive a échéance en avril, et je me retouve déjà debité sur ma carte de crédit le 09/03/2011. alors que je n'ai reçu aucun avis, et que je n'ai donné aucun ordre. Je désire avoir des explications!! Sinon à quoi sert de payer un logiciel de sécurité, pour se faire arnaquer par celui-ci ????

Fraud/Double Cross
My company entered a resellership agreement with Panda Security, South Africa Branch (Zone) year 2009 to resell the company's product in my Country Nigeria and give technical support to all clients i source.
My company sealed the legal deal (agreement) with the Panda Security (South Africa Office) same year. Since that time, my company bought panda software for many clients and i have been getting my 40% reseller commission from the Panda Company.
2009-2010 January, My Company gave Panda Company a big deal business for their product to an institution of about $19, 000 with the intent we will get our regular 40% commission from the deal. Unfortunately, Panda SA refused to fulfill the agreement, but sent us mail that we will only have 3.5% finder's commission; we never heard about it before or see it on any of Panda Security business partner, reseller or affiliate agreement.
We mail panda SA our complaint on the 3.5% finder's commission, but we never heard or see from them, but we are 100% sure they may not give the commission.
We are informing other that Panda SA Branch has defrauded and breach our contractual agreement. We are highly advicing others that want to deal with Panda SA to be careful.
I will compile all agreement papers, transactions and communication done with Panda SA on how they treated my company badly.

Refused refund and ignored my emails
I purchased anti-virus security software from this company because they are suppose to be one of the best based on the reviews I read online. I purchased it online and it comes with an instant download. I found out later than I purchased the wrong edition of the software since their description between their products are not that great. I called them to exchange the product. It took me just over 35 minutes to finally talk to someone on the phone and they said I had to fill out a form which they emailed me. I filled it out and then 10 days later they said I filled out the wrong one and sent me a new one. Then I filled out the new one. Then another 10 days later they responded stating I had to buy the correct one and then they will issue the refund on the first purchase. I found this odd. So I did what they said and responded to their email stating I did it so they can refund my money. I got no response. I emailed them again after a week, and still no response and no refund. I emailed again for a third time and finally got a response stating that since I did not respond to their original email within 48 hours, the case was closed. I was so pissed because I did and I pointed it out with the time stamp on the email. Once again no response.
I finally resubmitted the refund form and I got a response from them that since it had been more than 30 days since I purchased the software, I could not return it. I instantly called my credit card company and their wasn't much they could do since it had been more than 30 days.
I am so upset by this. Terrible customer service by this company. Do not but from them!
