I ordered charms from pandora diy just before christmas grant it they came in good time.When you log into the website it makes out that the charms are;
1. Coming from the U.S.A
2 They are genuine Pandora

They come from Shanghi and they are not real Pandora. I bought some charms for a friend and over the last two weeks they have started to discolour. I am only off the pandora diy website trying to get my money back I paid £76.66 including p&p and all they gave my back was £35 Please dont get caught out like I did they are not the real Pandora
