I may describe that your washing machine has these problems;
1- Firstly, it’s hard to work with: so many different kind of powder or washing detergents in various periods of times which seemed first that it’s come because of its precision, but now I think it’s because it is very fragile!
2- Then after four months it began its malfunctions, which I naturally compared it with my friend’s Korean dish washer which is very simple to work with(working with just one detergent), and it’s working more than 18 months without problem.
3- And the worst thing was when I called the Customer-Service; which is quite a nightmare. It’s about 25 days or more which my dish washer is gone and there is no one to answer me what is going on there. They don’t know who I should talk to, giving me various telephone numbers, and they give me different cell phone, and at the end nobody knows who’s talking to. And after a while; searching and searching they say that even though they “don’t know precisely what the problem was, but it’s going to be delivered tomorrow” and no more information or even a call after that “tomorrow” thing, and still I’m with no washing machine after four days!

The fact is I’m scared that even when I receive it after a decade it may not even work, or this entire nightmare would happen again. It’s not fair when you double pay for a German product, you receive less service comparing to a cheap Korean brand!
