I visited their lab to see a doctor for one of the my skin related disease. They did not have any doctor available and I was given attention by a nurse. She took a specimen of my skin for further analysis as she could not figure out the problem. They did not tell me what will they with the specimen and the test charges for that. They gave me one url link to check the results after 14 days. 14 days of wait time (when i was already cured) i went online to see what were the results. There were not results for me online. i called their customer care number but they did not have any results. after few more attempts, I could not get the results of the test. Then after one month they sent me a bill of $252.00. When I called their billing department and said that what is this charge for when i was not given the results of test performed and asked to send me the bill only for the office visit as there were not results. Now they said they can not adjust the bill and i need to pay the amount in full. This does not make any sense to me to pay for the tests that i never got the results for. Its been more than 3 months and I have not got to see the results yet. We have to raise our voice against this health care system and these kind of health care providers. this is cheating. I am going to court to file a case of cheating against them.
