On July 13, 2010, we at Montpelier Food Center received a gas delivery. During this gas delivery, gasoline was put into the diesel tanks and diesel was put into the gasoline tanks. Then, PAPCO came and cleaned out all the diesel and gasoline tanks the same day. PAPCO, said that they will take care of everything regarding this mistake made. They then told us to sell premium gas at regular gas's price. PAPCO staff said he will take care of this as well. The next day, we received a gas delivery, which was $0.04 higher, but PAPCO staff member said he would give us the same price gas that we were supposed to get on July 13. Now, we are being charged $8, 291.46 for the gas we haven't even received . Their driver made a mistake and we are being charged for someone else's mistake. Why are we being penalized and charged for something that isn't even our fault?
