Phyllis Summerfield, brags on how she has all these Champions in the pedigrees and great dogs. She is nothing but a liar, fraud and deceitful.. She tells a person what they want to hear knowing that it is not the truth but fraudulent to sale and buy Papillon dogs. She does not test and certify the breeding dogs and puppies for genetics like she states in her contract, that is Forever Papillon's wording and contract. Forever Papillon's, themselves have had on their website about how their contracts have be copied by people like her and parts of them. Phyllis has not respect or integrity. She is all about the money and as fast as she can get it from us. She is a true PUPPY MILL, read her website. She has her Papillons out with the horses running around and getting stomped on. That they will learn to move out of the way. Not so!!! She has no idea how to breed for show quality Papillons when she has none herself or ever shown any. The minute she gets a female they become breeders. They live in small cages in her bedroom and daughters bedroom when not being stomped on by the horses. She stole the wording of Forever Papillon's Contract; just like Et's Papillons did and then say that these are their contracts. What Liars! I spoke to Phyllis on the phone and the lies were terrible to what I heard; plus, running some superb breeders down that have been in the business a long time and know what they are doing. When she has no clue!!! Lets just put dogs together. No wonder we have the problems in dogs today; due to these kind of breeders and the Puppy Mills and breeders that have many litters a year and only care about the money; how much that they can steal from a person; breeding bad dogs. This is why we have dogs being destroyed everyday or in the dog pounds because they can not afford the vet bills or shot and dumped. You types of breeders ought to be a shamed of yourselves and you call yourselves breeders with integrity. Liars all of you and shame on you all that are like this!!! It is hard enough in the country that we do not need this kind of stuff going on too!!! I hope that everyone can read this.
