DHL India has worst service in terms of pick up especially. They dont bother to attend customer calls and waste their precious time. I have booked twice and they changed slot stating that due to system failure was miscommunication, still they have not picked up my parcel in next requested slot also.

After we paid we can't reach the phone and now we can't open their website.
Its already a week can't call them and more than 2 weeks can't open fgls website.
