excellent products and service
I received excellent service from them, and tho by email, i got long, specific and detailed helpful replies that rectified where I was going wrong. They're getting bigger and have a lot more products now, and this wouldn't be the case if they were as bad as people here make out. I use the privacy module, malware jobby, and the reg cure thingy (I aint too technical) and they all did what it said on the tin.
What I like about them, is their customer service (I found it to be the best online I've ever experienced), and the very reasonable price of their goods. I've bought a lot of other software from different places and some of it was crap, never worked and no chance of a refund, but these guys aren't like that.
By the way, I have no connection with them other than as a customer, and I recommend them to all my friends, which I wouldn't do if I had the slightest doubts. Try emailing again, or look at the new website. I found it a doddle to contact them. Telephone support is not something I expect from a software company - they need to know what your problem is, so they can tell you how to correct it. Doing this over the phone would just slow things to a crawl, while people restarted machines, or computer illiterate folk, restarted their tumble driers!
I'll continue using em, and would recommend em. And no, I didn't get a freebie for doing this, they know nothing about it. I was just googling for their main site to direct a friend there when I spotted this, and thought I'd put my experience into the pot, as having a site with ONLY complaints will make a Rolls Royce look like a piece of crap, never mind a software company.
