keeps disappearing off the computer
I paid for the download and after I paid the regcure worked for one day. The next day it was deleted off the computer without me doing it. I loaded it back on and the next day it was deleted again. I think I should get reimbursed for the product and will contact my credit card company to not pay for the download,

Wiped out my hard drive
I downloaded RegCure online for $39.99 to improve the performance of my computer. After it scanned my computer and 'fixed' all the errors, nothing worked anymore. I could not get on the internet and could not boot up or shut down without fatal errors. After working with telephone support for hours, I had to re-load my operating system, wiping out several years-worth of data. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company to get my money back, but they do not answer their telephone, and the 'support' function on their website only provides answers to FAQ's.

Fraudulant claims
Looks like I'm not alone in being stung by ParetoLogic after paying $29.99 to register their hopeless RegCure programme. I installed the "free"(!) version to attempt to clean my computer's registry of unwanted data, only to find that after having run it for the first time, 1000+ invalid entries were in need of cleaning...What a surprise then to learn that this so called free software requires registration at the cost of $30-00 in order to clean entries, so I stumped up...What a mistake, run the programme again, click on clean and what happens? Only that your computer's vital system32 components become corrupted, thus programmes can no longer run, including Internet Explorer! This required me to remove battery from laptop, reboot then put a system retsore into effect to a point before this rubbish was installed. Don't buy this fraudulant software, it's as bad any of their other programmes, worse still, once they have taken your money any approach to their "support" is ignored. I emailed in September demanding a refund as the 30 day period was still in effect. It is Feb now, and no sign of any refund in sight, or likely to be. Avoid this rubbish at all costs!!!
