I ordered this fuel pump by telephone and on 10-07-10 and the Parts Train Representative checked availability and told me the pump was in stock. They then took my money and sent an email less than 30 minutes later confirming my payment had been accepted. I waited for a tracking number to track my order and after no contact from them for almost 4 days, I contacted their "Live Help" on line. I began by asking about my order and tracking information and some idiot named Savio keep answering my questions with a question. After some confusing and frustrating conversation with Savio, he stated he was switching me over to “Customer Service”, which I was already in “Customer Service”, because above the chat box it said “Customer Service.” Finally another idiot named Harry comes online and we basically went through the same thing, getting nowhere. Then “Harry” stops responding to my questions for about 2-3 minutes and suddenly I am conversing with “Parry”. Then while chatting with “Parry” he post this message, “Order Has Been Canceled... OUT OF STOCK”. Huh? What? I ask what is going on and then I get this message. “Refund in 2 "business days". Then “Parry” signs off, doesn't say good bye, kiss my ass or nothing. I think Savio and Harry and Parry were all in the one same human being, if you can call them that. I call them rip off artist. I will probably never see my money nor the part I ordered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. I am still waiting for my refund.
