General Manager - Park Royal Los Tules
Dear Sir,
I am the owner of week 01, 6-114, and I would like to express some concerns that I have.
I really feel that Los Tules is lacking in some aspects of what a first class destination resort should be.
1. To charge $2US per day for locks to the in-suite safety deposit boxes is petty.
2. To charge $4US per hour for internet service is downright gouging. Even second class hotels in this day and age offer free wireless internet, yet Los Tules does not. With the increases in maintenance fees that you impose you should be able to afford to have wireless internet FREE for the whole complex.
3. Please, please, get rid of those ugly, huge street type 20 gallon garbage/trash receptacles in the villas, and replace them with something smaller and a little more modern. They spoil the decor.
While I commend the excellent staff, and the upkeep of the grounds, I do think the owners/renters deserve more consideration from management with regards to the above mentioned problems.
With the present short sited policy of penny pinching by Park Royal Los Tules management I see Los Tules going from a first class resort destination to a third class one.
