Went to get my application started to lease an apartment. Everything was going ok even though they ask for too much to process the application. So I went and drop the money for the credit check which was 35 dollars per adult. Then they told me that they needed my work fax number to verify i was working there so I gave them the number, 3 days passed and nothing so I called Yazmin (who was the one who helped us since the beginning) to ask what had happened and she told me that she didn't know and that I had to call my work and follow up with them. I told her i had and that they had never received any fax from them so she said..."Well I talk to some girl Emily in Humane Resources"... Before she could say more I told Emily in HR theres no Emily in HR... I know all the ladies in HR and there's no Emily. Well after I told her that i I was still talking she hung up on me. i called her back in less than 30 seconds and some other lady named Tisianna told oh shes not here at the moment i told her how can that be i was just talking to her and she hung up so very unprofessional she said well whats up tell me what happened. I mean whats up what am I your friend or what...Anyways I cancelled everything with them and demanded my money back for the credit check which was 70 dollars for me and my wife. talked to the manager but he said well what can I do not very helpfull at all...The place is not so worth it to kept my application in process...!!!
