Worst property management company in Athens! I have rented from these people for two years and not ONCE did they agree to do maintenance on my unit. I was left with a cockroach-infested apartment for the last couple months of living there. When my roommate moved out, they threw away her paperwork that showed our check-in details that explained what was initially wrong with the unit upon moving in, how convenient. By the time I moved out, they conveniently did not have the sheet and charged me 200 dollars for a huge bleach stain that my roommate and I complained about and wrote down when we moved in. They will do anything not to give your security deposit back (equal to a months rent). Upon moving out and charging me for the huge bleach stain that was already there and they charged me maintenance charges that they never performed on the apartment. So my security deposit went from 500 to 30 dollars, thanks for the gas money back home PARKER! Last I checked, the landlord is supposed to do the required maintenance on the unit-not charge the tenant.

First sentence, " The landlord has a responsibility to keep the rental property in repair. The lease should not require the tenant to make repairs or waive the landlord's responsibility for maintaining the property."
So tell me WHY I was charged for all of this when PARKER AND ASSOCIATES, by law, is required to perform maintenance.
DO NOT rent from these people. They are money-hungry and completely unethical.
