no goods no refund
I ordered a birthday present for my dad's 50th birthday on 29th may 11 and the money was taken from my account a day later. my order didnt turn up so emailed parkers explaining it was a present and i needed asap. i got no reply so checked the website and it said that they were not taking calls as they were relocating but orders were still being dispatched on time. alarm bells were ringing. emailed again and richard parker replied saying the same excuse as everyone else i read about has had, it had been lost by the courier and he would resend. it didnt turn up so emailed again asking for a tracking number that it states on the website should be emailed to me. again no reply. i went back on the website and google imaged the shop and saw that there was an RBS bank next door so i phoned them and made enquiries. they told me that parker had moved to yorkshire and the shop was empty. he is still trading from this address, has given no forwarding address or phone number. i have asked for a refund on several occasions but he hasnt even responded. this man is a crook and has the cheek to be advertising fathers day presents on the website so he is still trying to cash in and is offering free minature bottles of gin and a gift wrap service. i contacted fraud.org and they were really helpful and are helping me deal with it. what started out as a really pleasant shopping experience thinking we had found the perfect gift has left us out of pocket and furious.

wrong order
ordered rose champagne in neoprene jacket for wifes valentines, after payment and £6.95 delivery charge received it fast,
on our romantic weekend gave wife her champagne all nicely gift wrapped, but when opened it was a bog standard bottle rose champagne, so be warned don't get it gift wrapped, when tried to contact company they will not respond to even give me an appology for this error.
