We attempted loan modifications too and Dean Dauley told he was the owner and he is not! Him and his wife Nadine lied saying they were comunicating with the banks, told us all the complete packets were submitted and were not. We have lost 2 homes because of them. We went to court and won a judgement for 1/2 of what we paid them, but now Dean is playing the poverty card, saying he just worked for Parkview Properties, and has disappeared. If anyone knows where he is and how we can collect we would be greatly appreciative. the actual owner of Parkview Properties says she has nothing to do with him, but yet the checks were written to her company and she is even trying to back out and even cancelled the the bus. license to try to avoid paying.
