Ripped off on refund for returned part
These people totally screwed me on an expensive part I returned. They act like they are on drugs. They do not answer the phone. They do not call back when requested. Each time I write them, they ask for more information and when I give it, they ask for more. Finally, they act like I'm not requesting an RMA, when I already got one and sent the part in. Now they say they will "Look" for the part. I've filed a Better Business Bureau Complaint against them. I also found out they have an "F" rating by the BBB.

I have two dozen pages of emails that have gone back and forth between them and I. A judge will laugh at them. They never respond. I've called them and can not get through on the telephone--even on the sales line. They don't take calls because they screw everybody over.

My next step is to have my lawyer contact them, and then I'll file suit against them, and I won't settle out of court. I'll make them pay and pay for the court costs, because these people should not be in business.

No delivery
If you consider ordering online parts from this business DON'T! When a consumer places and order and an issue arrises...good luck with trying to contact a service rep. The consumer is put through a automated phone prompted system, after 6-8 minutes of waiting "on hold to speak to a representative", the consumer is forwarded to a voicemail box. This company will "NEVER" call you back. When a consumer finally speaks to a representative the rep at the other end is confrontational.

If a consumer becomes angry or upset, their response is well...we will just cancel your order...

Not a company I am will to work with...Neither should you!

Stay away from Parts Geek. I bought an air pump for my BMW and received the correct part (got lucky that time) but it failed within 4 months so I tried to contact Parts Geek for the warranty claim since it has a lifetime warranty on it but I received no response via e-mail or messages left. So I called the manufacturer of the air pump and found that the warranty only stands if you replaced the air pump control valve along with the air pump. Parts Geek never stated this little detail about the part warranty. So I cut my losses and ordered an air pump and the air pump control valve and I received the wrong parts. I called and e-mailed and finally after about a week I actually did get an RMA # but I was going to have to pay for the shipping and a restocking fee for a mistake that they made. This is customer service 101 and Part Geek just doesn't get it.

ORDERED ONE BRAND...RECEIVED ANOTHER...
Well i have ordered from parts geek a couple of control arms for my ford probe and i have received them parts in a couple of days ...this is the good part of the story ...the bad part is that about a week after that i needed a couple of tie rod s ends for the same car ...and on the site they have the brand that i have ordered ...same brand as the control arms ...and i ordered a couple of them ...and this time it took just about 2 days longer for me to receive them ...witch is not bad...the bad part is that they are another brand ...not the one that i have seen on the site ...they look a lot cheaper than the brand i have ordered ...but they just do not give a shit about it ...i sent a short e mail to the losers ...and they a mailed to me back with some kind of cod so i can mail the stupid part to them at my own cost ...that should not be fair at all ...because the stupid once should pay for their own mistakes ...am i wrong ?...well they do not give a shit like i mentioned and i will end up driving my car with the cheap and funny looking parts ...but just because they are not responsible enough to fix the problem at their own cost i will not buy from this losers again ...never ever...because i just don t know what a heck is next ...may be receive a shit
instead of my parts ?...you do the mat ...i was satisfied with them in all other ways ...but this is why i will not buy again from them ...nice day to all of you out there .
OOOO and since i have the option to include photos ...hmmm i will ...so you can see the parts on their site and the name on the ceap part box that i have received...again ...nice day...

Parts Geek is Awesome - Dont believe this place
This board i have found is run by companies posting fake complaints then extorting money by telling the company that they can get them removed for a fee. I have ordered from PARTSGEEK mutiple time and have no issues. AND i have CALLED in to place EVERY ORDER. THEY DO ANSWER PHONES and emails.

wrong parts no customer service
website states parts will work for my year of car which they did not, one electronic part they sent was defective out of the box, and it takes 30min to reach a real person over the phone. pay the extra money with another company and avoid the headache.

Did not get what paid for
I ordered four rotors for my car from Partsgeek. I paid for the Centric Brand, but when I got my rotors only one of the rotor is from Centric, the other three were Zimmerman's. How do I know? Because they were in Zimmerman boxes with a small Centric stick on them. Not only that, there were very different from the one in the Centric box.
I called and called but no answer. Finally, I got an answer. The guy couldn't help because he was not working in the sales department. I agreed to let me ship the rotors in but I had to wait for confirmation from the sales people.

Two days later, I got the return number. I called UPS. I was going to cost me around $52 to send the two packages back. Partsgeek is not responsible for lost or damage packages, and you have to pay for return shipping although it was their mistake. After paying $260 for the parts, I decided to keep it.

The parts fit, however, I still believe that I should receive what I paid for. If you want to buy from Partsgeek.com just know that their customer services is very bad. They rarely answer their phone or e-mail. Don't even bother leaving messages, they will not call you back. It has good prices, but you may not get what you paid for.
