I ordered a ballcock assembly on 11/29/10
The order PO # FF569819
the part # was the correct part for the model #
The part Balllcock assempbly part # DPX 190 was received.
My plumber arrived to make the removal and reinstalation of new part. (service call $49.95)
The new part is not correct in length not allowing water hook up.
I requested a total refund of part cost / shippingand was told that I would be receiving an e-mail with return postage which I could print and return part. (PDR-093947) No e-mail came. I requested an email again on Dec. 14, 10. no e-mail came to [email protected]
I would like someone to send (snail mail) the return shipping label.
I request also to be paid back for my expence of a blumber service call ($49.95) which I forfited on your account.
