No delivery of order, and no refund 6 months later
On 11 September 2009 I contacted Partserve for Canon Pro9000 print head. Despite there being stock in Cape Town, I was told that because the printer was outside of it's warranty period, I would have to wait for them to order a new part in (the print head is not covered by the warranty, so this makes little sense to me). I paid R2272.12 for the print head and confirmed the payment. A week later it had not arrived, and after a month of trying to get them to deliver I cancelled the order on the 10th of October. I have been trying to get a refund ever since. I have never been called back, and I simply get the runaround from Partserve every single time I call. Their staff are always 'off' that particular day, or 'out to lunch', and messages are simply never returned.
