Wrong part and no customer service
I recently purchased vent shades (for the side windows) for my 2011 Sonata and when they arrived they were for a 2006+ Sonata. How an auto parts store does not know there was a major design change is beyond me...this is the business they are in? Now they will not reply to my email or answer the phone. Funny how they will process your credit card in minutes but take weeks...if at all to correct their mistake. I DO NOT RECOMEND doing business with this company. This was my first time and my last ordering from this store.

If you happend to get the WRONG part from PARTSGEEK and you need to RETURN it ...You are- SHIT out of luck!

Refund? You want a refund? HA!
Sooooooooo, I have ordered thousands of dollars of parts from this company. The first time I returned a part they 'lost' it and would not refund my money. OK shame on me for NOT keeping the tracking number for 6 months. This last time I ordered, Partsgeeks web site told me this 'brand' of brake pads would fit my Bimmer. I buy them and pay for shipping only to find out that they DONT fit - I contact them for RMA and ask them if they will pay shipping back. They told me that they would cover the shipping back BUT I had to pay for it out of pocket. 63 days after the products had been returned; Partsgeek decided to refund my only 54% of what I actually paid for the brakes and still didn’t refund my shipping back. So needless to say I am out about $101 total - They DO NOT have ANY phone support - they have 250+ BBB complaints and 159 of them have to do with REFUNDS or lack thereof. I have asked my Credit Card Company to investigate this further – Hope that PartsGeek has the same ‘prompt attention’ for my credit card company as they do me (I should have my refund in no time.) I have also filed my own complaint with the BBB in hopes that one day online purchases are not this much of a hassle. Buyer PLEASE beware.

Not Reputable, Don't Take the Risk...
Sent me the wrong part (not even close to what I ordered), then was vague about a refund in their email and would not pay return shipping for their error. A REPUTABLE merchant would guarantee a full refund, and would probably not force you pay shipping for their mistake. This is either blatant fraud or just idiotic business practice. I suspect both. Only 'after-the-fact' did I find this site and these eerily similar complaints.

The only way to protect yourself from Parts Geek is to abstain from purchasing from them. Once they have your money, kiss it goodbye!

Charged Restocking fee; their error part was wrong
Ordered 4 TPMS straps to fit 18" Ford Wheels on a 2007 Ford Edge. Partsgeek application info showed these straps wuld fit the 18" wheel on the 2007 Ford Edge. Went to local tire store for new tires and to add wheels with the new straps. Midway throught the installation, the tech informed me the straps would not fit my vehicle. The strps were too long and could not be adjusted down enough to fit. You can imagine my frustration of having to locate them locally and paying the price, plus wasting half a day at the tire store due to the error. I sent the straps back to PartsGeek with a detailed explanation that their application was erroneous and they should change the information to protect future customers.

Well...I finally got my refund, BUT they charged me a re-stocking fee for their mistake. I gave up...you can't get anyone on the phone and must fill out a form for contact.

Will not use them again!!

No delivery, No Service
Don't even think about dealing with this company! It's imposible to call them through, always work only answering machine, they never call back, the same with email service. We lost time and money with this company. This company "partsgeek" is just FAKE!

Thieves
Partsgeek.com are thieves plain and simple. After looking around the web, it looks like partsgeek.com spend more time settling complaints than selling parts - I wish I would have done the research before I did business with shysters - anyway - looks like I'll have some fun today on all the blogs and working with commerce departments in several states. Someone needs to shut these guys down. I'm going to try and help get that done.

Wrong Part/ No Refund
Purchased a 2004 Wheel hub assembly they sent the wrong part!!! This is after I confirmed before shipping that it was the correct part. Two months after returning part still no word or refund. Apperently there are others: DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

Poor customer service
I tried contacting the company regarding a return of a product that broke shortly after the purchase. I Called the 800# on three seperate occassions. No one ever answered and eventually you can leave an message...don't bother because they don't call you back. I also tried sending an email. They responded one time and asked one question and I never heard from them again. Don't bother here, there are other auto parts websites with just as good if not better pricing.

no response
ordered parts for my daughters car and was sent an email that my order is on hold. I was asked to call the customer service number and after being on hold for ten minutes was told to leave a voicemail and the would return my call. Ive done this five times and no response. I cannot email becauce the email bounces as undeliverable. I will take steps to cancel the order through my bank. Would not recommend that anyone buy from here.
