Did not have part they were selling
I have a cracked wheel on my 2002 PT Cruiser. I found the wheel for my car listed on the Parts Ultimate's online website. After reading the description and terms/conditions, I purchased the wheel. After a week passed and several phone calls later, I found out that they do not even have the wheel in inventory. However, the guy (sorry, no name becuase he just answered the phone "hello") on the phone explained to me that they purchase wheels from stock vehicles that upgrade their wheels. However, they have no idea when this wheel will become available. However, being that it's 2010 and not 2002, I do not know how they expect to attain this wheel if they are purchasing these from dealerships, as explained to me over the phone. I think it's unethical to lead people to believe that you have a part that is not actually available. They are selling products like they already have them available when they do not. I would not have given them my credit card information had I known this would be the case. I would not recommend using their services!

Purchased item never shipped
I placed an order for a bumper on 09/19/09 from PartsUltimate.com and after several times of trying to contact the company, they have failed to ship my order or give me an explanation as to why they have failed to do so. They gladly charged my credit card 4 days after I placed the order and I haven't heard much from them since.When I originally tried to log into my account to track my order after two weeks, my registered username and password that I used for the purchase, was revoked. When I attempted to activated it several times, I was never sent any information. I called on various occassion and the person on the other side of the phone reassured me my part was going to be delivered but never cared to take down my name or order number and just gave me the run arounds. I tried their "friendly" online customer service online chat and was also told the part would be delivered, but one months later, the part was still not delivered. I email them a couple of times, and it wasn't until 1 1/2 months after the fact that their "sales manager" send me an email stating to me:

Hi Shirley,
I apologize for the misunderstanding, We thought you already knew that the
bumper we received from the remanufacturers came damaged and we are waiting
to receive another one.

It is back ordered, but we are getting close to getting it shortly.

Thank you again for your patience. If you have any questions or concerns
please call and ask for me. I am handling your order.

The e-mail sounds very reassuring, but by the third month, I still had not heard from them. I tried calling them again, but nobody seemed to know who "ASH" was and was told to call the next day. I e-mailed them once again to place a cancellation on my order and now its been FOUR months and I didn't get the part I ordered and I didn't get my money refunded EITHER!!
