Party Time Chair rental delivered chairs to me but had to wait 18 minutes to gain access to the venue. As a result they took my deposit even though it is not indicated on the invoice nor was it verbally stated that they would do so.

When they had to pick them up they were 1 hour late which caused me to be written up for work and loose a 1/2 day pay. I initially was going to forget about the incident until the manager said "I should have charged you more" and slammed the phone in my ear.
