My connection no is 401486 and book no is 6081.
I made online payment of my electricity bill through https:/Www.Billdesk.Com/Pgidsk/Pgmerc/Pvvnl/Indexen.Jsp on 7th march, 2011 vide reference no MHDF1033850417 for Rs 1672/-. Receipt attached.
The same is not updated till may bill and we are regularly following up with our local EUDD-2 Gzb office without any proper response. My other online payments after this are credited properly.
Whenever we go to local electricity office of EUDD-2 Ghaziabad in Ahinsa khand, Indirapuram-Ghaziabad, staff show their inability to help as it will be done only from PVVNL Meerut office. My question is why your people do not take interest to get it corrected immd...its been one month we are after these people and there is no remedial action at all...while visiting there we found many many other complainants who were making similar sort of complaints and they were replying unsatisfactorily. While they are polite but of no use.
Request you to kindly look into the matter and help us to resolve this issue for me and many others like me.
